Tapenade & Olive Pesto


An authentic Mediterranean-style tapenade blended from anchovies, capers and garlic. Delicious on bruschetta or as a crust on roast leg of lamb.

Chilli Olive Pesto
Pounded black Mission olives with a touch of bird’s eye chilli for bite. For a delicious starter, top grilled brown mushrooms with chilli olive pesto or fold into bread dough for a decadent savoury bread.

Thai Olive Pesto
Ginger, lemon grass, coriander and coconut milk flavour the green Manzanilla olive base. Mixed with a little cream, this pesto is delightful on grilled fish or with stir-fried chicken strips.
